WHO CAN TAKE CLASS?

Are you a beginner? You don’t have to worry. Our workouts are challenging yet enjoyable, and the exercises can be scaled according to your fitness level. Our studio welcomes male and female students 15 and up!

Whether you’re just starting out or a Pilates veteran, you’ll love our Method Pilates classes. Our 50-minute reformer workouts will define your core, sculpt your muscles, and improve your posture and flexibility.

Late entry will not be permitted for the health and safety of our instructors and clients.

 

GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED. For your safety, grip socks are required for class. Grips socks are available for purchase in studio. To pre-purchase grip socks or water download the Method Pilates App.

 

NEW CLIENTS please arrive 10 minutes early to class to fill out your waiver, go over the machine, and discuss any injuries/pregnancy with your instructor.
