Method Reformer
Our signature 50-minute heart-pumping, muscle-quivering Method Pilates reformer class strengthens and tones the total body. By fusing the classical Pilates method with high-intensity training techniques, this open level class will sculpt strong, powerful, and lean bodies in a safe and measured way.
Adore Your Core
Your core, being the center of your body, deserves to be adored! A unique specially formatted class to target the core in a safe and effective manner. Concentrated on strengthening the core the class includes moves to keep your whole body working!
Arms and Abs
Get your arms and abs sculpted with this specialty class sure to leave your toned. This workout increases the focus and attention on the upper body and midsection. Chiseling and strengthening exercises are circuited throughout class that alternate between your biceps, triceps, lats and traps and your abdominals. Although this is a specialty class, you will still get that great full body workout.
Butts Tight AF
Everyone wants a butt that is tight AF. This one-of-a-kind Method specialty class is unlike any other. Specifically designed to target and tone every muscle of the butt while also burning calories, it provides a serious workout that will whip you into peach emoji shape. Each class gets you 50 minutes closer to your tight AF butt!
Restore & Stretch
Utilizing ballet inspired ideas, flowing poses, changes in tempo, range of motion with a focus on progressive core movements all the while connecting to the breath. All performed on the Reformer with the purpose of healing, tightening, stretching and strengthening your instrument preparing you for your next Method Class.
