FREQUENTLY ASKED

QUESTIONS

What if I need to cancel my class?

  • No worries! Method Pilates has an 8-hour cancellation policy. You can cancel your class up to 8 hours before it's start time. The class will be credited back to your account for future use.

  • You cannot switch canceled classes. However, you may attend as a walk-in student for another class on the same day. If a spot is available, you can take it.

  • All sales are final. Classes are nonrefundable. They also cannot be exchanged or transferred.

  • If you need to cancel a reservation, log into your account. Click on My Info, click My Schedule, and click Cancel next to the class time. If you are having problems cancelling your class or if you need more information, please contact us via email.

  • We are sorry, but we do not offer refunds. If you cancel your class within 8 hours of its start time, you will lose the class credit.

What is the waitlist? How does it work?

  • When a class you want to take is full, you can put yourself on the waitlist. This way, if a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added to the class. You will receive a text/email confirmation.

  • In order to qualify for the waitlist, you must first purchase a class or series. If you don’t get a spot in the class you want to take, your account will be automatically credited.

  • The waitlist closes 2 hours before the class’ start time and becomes void. You may still visit the studio for a chance at a spot after the 2-hour window closes. However, please note that extra spots are given on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • The 8-hour cancellation policy still applies to classes you’re on the waitlist for. Please keep this in mind if a spot opens up and you’re added to a class at the last minute.

  • If you change your mind, you need to remove yourself from the waitlist at least 8 hours before the class starts. Failing to remove yourself in time will cause you to lose your class credit.

  • Check your waitlist status by logging into your account. Head to My Info, and then click My Schedule. If you’ve been added to a class, it will say, “Waitlist Unconfirmed.” If you don’t want to be added to the waitlist for this class, make sure you remove yourself. Alternatively, you can simply notify us, and we’ll take care of it for you.

Do you offer unlimited monthly memberships?

  • Yes, we do! With a Monthly Unlimited membership, you can book two classes a day, every day.

  • To purchase your Monthly Unlimited membership, visit the our website or app. Log into your account, click on Contracts, and then choose Monthly Unlimited.

  • The Monthly Unlimited membership gets renewed automatically every month. This means that on the day your membership expires, your account will purchase another month under the same terms.

  • If you have a Monthly Unlimited membership and you don’t show up for a class, you will incur a $15 fee. Cancellations made in less than 8 hours before the class starts will result in a $10 fee.

  • If you want to cancel your Monthly Unlimited membership at any point, please refer back to your contract terms and email us.

What if I’m late to a class?

  • Life happens. Traffic can be bad, and meetings can run over. If you find yourself running a little late for your scheduled class, you don’t have to worry. You get a five-minute window from the start time of your scheduled class to keep your reserved spot. This policy applies to new and existing clients.

  • If you are more than five minutes late, your spot may be given to a walk-in student or a client on the waitlist.

  • If you’ve never taken a Method Pilates class before and you’re more than five minutes late, you will not be permitted to attend the class. To ensure the safety of our clients, we require all new students to arrive 10 minutes early. This allows them to have a proper introduction with their instructor and learn how to use our custom reformer. Thank you in advance for understanding!

I’m pregnant. Can I still participate in a Method Pilates class?

  • Yes! Our classes are a great way to stay fit and strong throughout pregnancy. We don’t have a class specifically dedicated to prenatal clients. However, our trainers are qualified to modify exercises to give you a safe and effective Pilates experience.
