In a Private Pilates session, you experience a 50-minute workout tailored to your body’s level and desired focus on a Method Reformer. Working with one of our knowledgeable instructors who will expertly evaluate your goals and give you the individualized attention you deserve. A private session allows a unique whole body strengthening and toning experience. Private sessions take your fitness, technique, and overall wellbeing to the next level.
